The Artist Cottage

Built in 1925, this 988 square foot classic Craftsman proves how much charm can live in a modest footprint. It is the smallest home on the tour. Glass door knobs, telephone nook, built-in ironing board, original windows and a black-and-white kitchen add to the vintage character. The back addition utility room overlooks a private backyard.  A recent lighted carport is now attached to the converted 1950 garage which now acts as a working art studio.
