The Backyard Garden
Since 2020, this cozy garden has been a true labor of love. With early design guidance from family master landscape architects and plenty of owner-led work since, the space celebrates cottage-garden softness, Texas native planting and a deep affection for pollinators and birds. The big herb garden in the backyard is abundant and a must-see. Fragrant honeysuckle and jasmine vines are favorites, along with anything that draws bees and butterflies into the garden. A water feature, garden art, pathways, seating areas and lighting invite visitors to slow down, especially in spring and fall when the garden is at its best. New this year is a little free library at the front, already visited often and loved by all.
